Dr. Ian Wisecarver brings world-class training and a passion for excellence to Renew Plastic Surgery. He is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, where he attended Louisiana University School of Medicine. Then, having completed a six-year residency at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, at one of the nation’s top plastic surgery training programs, Dr. Wisecarver is poised to offer his expertise to the Homer community as a credentialed member of South Peninsula Hospital’s active medical staff.

Dr. Ian Wisecarver is absolutely amazing! He has performed multiple laser treatments on my face for rosacea as well as an abdominoplasty with diastasis recti repair, mastopexy, and liposuction. I consulted with multiple physicians prior to my surgery but felt rushed, pushed, uncomfortable, and unheard.
